Some weekdays and most weekends require a 2 or 3 night minimum. Weekend one-night reservations can sometimes be had on a Friday or Sunday night. Note: Higher rates apply for: Golf Weekends; New Year's Eve; Event Weekends; and selected Special Packages.

Our desk is closed and a machine records messages from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., unless you tell us that you expect an emergency call.
Based on historical continuity and the stated preference of many of our guests we automatically add a 15% Service Charge to all Room, Food Beverage and Country Club charges. This covers gratuities for all employees as well as: Lake Association and Country Club privileges (you still need to pay for their individual services); plus, other miscellaneous goods and services not charged on a per use basis to guests.
payment, deposit and cancellation policy:
We are a small resort Inn whose policy is to never overbook rooms. Because we guarantee your reservation: reservations are not held unless we receive a deposit (which we process upon receipt). Reservations canceled for any reason less that 14 days prior to arrival (or if you check out earlier than reserved), results in loss of deposit amount. Groups and Special Events may require a longer cancellation notice.
