Dunham, this inn was a beloved fixture in Eagles Mere for generations. Located in our Garden House, this ground-level, handicap-accessible room offers a king bed, couch, 24" TV, dresser, mini-fridge, A/C, private bath with deep tub and shower, and sliding French doors to a small patio. Sleeps three.

This quiet and bright 3rd-floor room offers a peaceful retreat. Featuring a king bed, dresser, 24" TV, A/C, and private bath with tub/shower, it's perfect for two guests seeking a touch of local mystery and serene views.
Our "Lakeside" room pays homage to the sprawling hotel that once offered guests amenities such as tennis courts, and flower gardens. Built by John Kirk, this hotel grew from a personal residence to a beloved destination. Located on the 3rd floor, this room features a queen bed, reading chair, 24" TV, A/C, and private bath with shower. Accommodating up to four with two cots.
Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra person in a room (5 year old+) is an additional $25 a night.
High season weekends require two night minimum stays. Call for details. Note: Higher rates apply for golf weekends, event weekends; and selected special packages.
Taxes: A Local Room Tax (3% currently, 5% effective 1-01-24) PA Tax (6%) will be added to all charges.

The Reception Desk is normally staffed from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
A 50% deposit of total room charges for your entire stay is required at the time of reservation. Off-season deposits can be moved to a future date one time only.
In-Season cancellation of room reservation within 10 days of arrival results in a charge equal to 50% of total room charges. In-Season cancellation of room reservation beyond 10 days of arrival results in a refund of deposit less a $50 processing fee. Off-Season cancellation of room reservation within 3 days of arrival results in a charge equal to 50 % of deposit. Off-Season cancellation of room reservation beyond 3 days of arrival results in a refund of deposit less a $50 processing fee. No-shows, early departures, or cancellations within 24hrs of check-in will be charged full amount of reservation.
Holiday reservations or group reservations of 3 or more rooms require 14 days or more cancellation notice and will be charged 50% of total reservation. If the cancellation notice is within 14 days of arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged.

Pets under 28 lbs. are only permitted in the Garden House, and only in Raymond and Casino rooms specifically. There is a $25 per night fee. Only 1 pet per room. Guests are required to pick up after their pet or will be charged $50 fee per incident.
The Eagles Mere Inn is No-Smoking establishment. If there is evidence of smoking in your room or anywhere in the Inn (including e-cigarettes), either by smell or a visual confirmation, there will be a $250 fumigation fee.
3% credit card fee will be added to all reservations. If paying by cash or with a Gift Certificate this fee will be deducted at checkout.

A gift certificate to the Eagles Mere Inn, the Endless Mountains' best bed and breakfast is sure to bring a smile to their face. Gift certificates are available in any amount, thereby allowing guests to select their own date, room type and length of stay. We ask that the certificate itself be returned to us at the time a reservation is made. Upon our receipt a confirmation will be mailed. Rates may change. The value of the certificate will be up to the amount paid by the giver. All policies apply.
